Web Dashboard

Manage queues, players, and settings from the browser.

Logging In

  1. 1

    Go to gotnext.gg/elo-bot

Open the GotNext Discord bot dashboard in your browser.

  2. 2

    Sign in to GotNext

Use your GotNext account. Organization staff can use the web dashboard without linking a personal Discord identity.

  3. 3

    Access your servers

Open Ranked Queues in an organization's dashboard to see its connected servers, setup status, queue count, and player count. The account-wide Manage Servers page also includes linked servers from every organization where your role has a Ranked Queues management permission.

Connecting a server to an organization

Every connected Discord server belongs to an organization. To connect one:

  1. Start from the GotNext bot page and choose Add to Discord
  2. Connect Discord and select a server where you have Manage Server
  3. Authorize the requested bot permissions
  4. Confirm the organization when GotNext asks you to choose between eligible organizations
  5. Open the server from Manage Servers or from the organization's Ranked Queues area

GotNext reuses the server's current organization, uses your only eligible organization, or creates one from the Discord server name. The organization establishes ownership, staff permissions, competitions, progression, and billing. Connecting the server does not make it public.

If the bot is already running as an older standalone installation, its claim flow asks you to choose an organization. Only the current Discord server owner can complete this ownership assignment. Existing queue and match data is preserved.

Each server card shows a verification status. Use Re-validate to re-check permissions, and Re-invite to open the bot invite link with the correct permissions if something is missing.

Premium trial

New installs receive Ranked Queues Premium for the server's first 20 completed queue matches. The trial does not expire on a timer. The Billing page shows matches used and matches remaining.

The 20th match keeps Premium through result processing, images, ratings, and enabled Premium bonuses. Subscribe to the GotNext organization plan for unlimited Discord Elo matches, tournaments, and ladders. There is no automatic charge when the trial ends.

Solo Queue Module

The server dashboard is the main control surface for ranked matchmaking. Its navigation is organized by day-to-day competition work and server administration.

Overview

See setup readiness, enabled queues, waiting players, live matches, recent activity, trial status, and public links in one place. New servers get a first-match checklist that verifies the bot role and first queue before players are invited.

Queues Tab

View and manage all queues across your server.

  • See each queue's channel, team size, mode, and ELO settings
  • Create a queue with the guided game, team size, mode, and channel setup, or edit an existing queue
  • Each queue is tied to a specific Discord channel
  • Open queue-specific match history and leaderboards
  • Configure behavior, ratings, bonuses, constraints, maps, result verification, and channel cleanup
  • Optionally enable Run It Back so every player from a completed match can agree to an immediate same-team rematch
  • Optionally create a persistent queue board with Join, Leave, My Stats, and Active Matches buttons

The web flow is the recommended way to create a queue. Operators who prefer to stay in Discord can run /setup in the channel where the queue should live.

Run It Back

Open a queue and find Run It Back under Behavior. The setting is off by default and applies only to that queue.

When enabled, completed queue result cards show a Run It Back button. Every original participant must opt in within 15 minutes. The bot synchronizes the ready count across result-card copies and starts a new match with the same teams. If a player is already waiting in a solo queue, the bot asks for private confirmation before moving them. It never splits a queued party or interrupts an active match.

See the Run It Back guide for eligibility and safeguards.

Player commendations

Open Server Settings and find Player commendations. The feature is off by default. When enabled, completed queue result cards include an optional, private commendation flow.

You can separately control whether earned Honor badges appear on public profiles and stat cards. Player-level moderation controls are available from the dashboard player detail page.

See the Player Commendations guide for categories, safeguards, and moderation behavior.

Players Tab

Browse and manage all registered players.

  • Search players by name
  • View stats: ELO, peak rating, wins, losses, win rate, MVP count, streaks
  • Edit ELO: Manually adjust a player's rating
  • Ban/unban players from queues
  • Sync Nicknames: Bulk-update all players' Discord nicknames to the [ELO] DisplayName format. This is useful after changing starting ELO, running a season reset, or if nicknames get out of sync. The bot updates each player's Discord nickname to match their current ELO and display name. Players with custom names (set via /rename-player) keep their custom name.
  • Sync Roles: Bulk-assign the correct ELO tier role to every registered player based on their current ELO. This is useful after changing tier thresholds, adding new tier roles, or after a season reset. The bot removes old tier roles and assigns the correct one for each player's current rating. Requires tier roles to be configured in the Settings tab.
  • Moderate Honor: Hide or override a player's public Honor tier and invalidate suspicious commendations with an audit reason.

Achievements Tab

Create organization profile badges that unlock from eligible queue, ladder, tournament, or XP activity, or award them manually.

  • Use lifetime, season, or manual scope
  • Build rules from queue performance, ladder activity, tournament activity, organization XP, or level
  • Keep a badge secret until it is earned or show locked progress on profiles
  • Optionally DM the player on unlock
  • Publish, duplicate, archive, backfill, manually award, or revoke an achievement

See the Achievements guide for the full lifecycle.

Seasons Tab

View season history and current season status.

  • See the current season number and time remaining
  • Browse past season leaderboards with final standings: rank, player name, final ELO, peak ELO, record (W-L), MVP count

Activity Tab

Review the paginated audit log for staff and system actions. Filter by action type, actor, date range, and subject, then expand an entry to inspect the recorded impact and details.

Access & Permissions Tab

For organization-linked servers, dashboard access comes from organization member roles:

  • Manage Ranked Queues: operate queues, players, matches, seasons, achievements, and activity
  • Manage Discord: full Ranked Queues administration, including server settings and Discord command permission configuration

Staff are added and assigned roles from the organization's People area. A linked personal Discord identity is not required for web dashboard access. Staff without either permission cannot open the server dashboard.

Subscription and Stripe portal access remain restricted to the organization billing owner. An existing paid Elo Bot subscription stays controlled by its original purchaser or current entitlement owner. Organization management permissions do not expose another person's billing account.

Older standalone servers that have not yet been moved into an organization continue to use their existing Discord owner and delegated access records until they are migrated.

Discord command permissions are configured separately on the same page. See the Access & Permissions guide for details.

  • Sync roles from Discord to see all available roles
  • Toggle permissions per role:
    • Report Results: the guided Report Result flow, /win, /void-match, /overturn-match, /unvoid-match, /mvp, /revoke-mvp, and /close-match
    • Manage Players: /set-elo, /remove-player, /ban-player, /unban-player, /ban-status
    • Manage Queues: Queue setup and controls, match substitutions and cancellations, map settings, queue bonuses, and season resets
    • View Hidden Queue: /queue can reveal waiting players even when queue visibility is disabled

Settings Tab

Configure server-wide behavior:

  • Basics: Starting ELO, provisional threshold, multi-queue waiting, and whether unresolved matches block joining.
  • Announcements: Streak announcements, tier promotions, win-streak bonuses, and delivery of GotNext product updates.
  • Match results: The server-wide scores channel inherited by queues without an override.
  • Discovery: Optional public community listing, invite, tags, region, language, and requirements.
  • Match channels: The default Discord category and optional automatic voice moving.
  • Player commendations: Positive-only ratings and whether earned Honor is shown publicly.
  • Branding: Colors used by generated stats, leaderboard, match, and result cards.
  • Rank tiers: Tier thresholds, colors, and Discord role mappings.
  • Seasons: Season resets, archived standings, and inactivity decay.
  • Danger zone: Reset bot data or remove the server's dashboard connection.

Product update delivery

Routine feature announcements go to the configured GotNext product-updates channel. If no channel is selected, the bot sends the server owner a DM. If channel delivery fails, the bot falls back to the owner DM. Notices that require owner action, such as a new Discord permission, go to both.

The announcement system does not post these updates on the GotNext website.

ELO Tiers

Customize rank tiers for your server. Each tier has a name, minimum ELO, color, and an optional Discord role for auto-assignment.

TierMin ELODefault Color
Bronze0#CD7F32
Silver1000#C0C0C0
Gold1200#FFD700
Platinum1400#00CED1
Diamond1600#B9F2FF
Master1900#FF4500

You can add, remove, or rename tiers. If you assign a Discord role to a tier, the bot automatically adds/removes the role as players move between tiers. See ELO & Ranking for more details.

See the organization plan, Premium trial progress, matches used, matches remaining, subscription status, renewal or cancellation state, and available Stripe billing actions.

New installs receive Premium ranked queues for 20 completed matches. The GotNext organization subscription includes unlimited tournaments, ladders, and Discord Elo matches. See Subscription & 20-Match Trial for billing and existing-customer details.

Remove a Server from GotNext

If you no longer want a Discord server to appear in your GotNext Ranked Queues dashboard, open the server's Settings tab and use Remove server from GotNext in the Danger zone.

This only removes the dashboard connection on GotNext. It does not delete your Discord server, delete Discord channels, remove players from Discord, or kick the bot from the server.

  • You must resolve any active subscription that is billed directly to the server before it can be removed.
  • Existing queues, players, match history, and settings stay in the database so the server can be reclaimed later.
  • To reclaim the server, the current Discord server owner chooses the organization that should own it and runs the install flow again for that guild. GotNext restores the existing server record instead of creating a blank setup.

Public Leaderboard

Every server gets a public leaderboard page that anyone can view, no login required. Share it with your community. It shows rank, username, ELO rating, peak rating, games played, wins, losses, win rate, and rank tier badge.

You can find your leaderboard URL with a copy button in the Settings tab of your server dashboard. It's also shown as a clickable button whenever someone uses the /leaderboard command in Discord.

Public Player Stats Pages (Premium)

On Ranked Queues Premium, every player on the leaderboard gets their own public stats page. Click any player name on the leaderboard to view their profile.

Each player page shows:

  • Discord avatar, username, and rank tier badge
  • Current ELO rating and peak rating
  • Win/loss record, win rate, current streak, best streak, and MVP count
  • Full match history with ELO changes, team compositions, and outcomes

Player pages are shareable. Each has a unique URL in the format gotnext.gg/player/<guild-id>/<discord-id>. Players can link their stats page in their Discord bio, social media, or anywhere else.
